Siemàn was born (“six hands” in our local dialect).
The farm and the vineyards are located in Villaga, on the Berici Hills, an area surrounded by woods. We cultivate with organic methods respecting the local terroir. In this way we obtain healthy grapes that can be transformed into wine with spontaneous fermentations and without any additives, filtration or treatments.
The brewery was born in 2017, close to the cellar. It is dedicated exclusively to spontaneous or mixed fermentations. We use microbial flora of our vineyards and of our grapes. Most of our beers are produced using our grapes.
Our purpose, the passion that moves us, is to enhance the territory that hosts us. We want to transform its fruits into a genuine product that is strongly related to the place where it was grown. It’s a careful work, full of respect and research, made of the synergies between man and nature.
