These beers are produced during Winter season, in respect of Belgian ancient tradition. The boiled wort is exposed to open air to let it slowly cooling and being spontaneously pitched by indigenous yeasts.
The beer ages in oak barrels from 12 to 36 months.

Brewed with malted barley and raw wheat, this beer matures for 24 months in oak barrels with our indigenous yeasts.
Bottle conditioned.

Rive Rosse
Brewed with malted barley and raw wheat, this beer matures for 18 months in oak barrels with our indigenous yeasts. At the end of maturation we add our best red grapes.

Rive Bianche
Brewed with malted barley and raw wheat, this beer matures for 18 months in oak barrels with our indigenous yeasts. At the end of maturation we add our best white grapes.
Bottle conditioned.
6.3% abv
Bucce
Brewed with malted barley and raw wheat, this beer matures for 18 months in oak barrels with our indigenous yeasts. At the end of maturation we add the fresh pomace of our best white grapes.
